The Truth about Tyler

Kali: I want everycat to know that Tyler isn't always the wonderful brother that you here about. With the younger cats he's all lovey dovey, but with me he's a constant pain. You don't believe me? Well, let me give you an example. For months now my favorite sleeping spot was a my cat bed on the couch. Just last week, I was all snuggled up in my warm bed and I look up and Tyler is standing over me. He tells me to get out. I hissed up a storm, but did he care? No, I jumped down and wend to the catbed by the tv. The next night, I look up and he's kicking me out of this bed too. Mom sees what's happening so she fills the family room with beds and comfy spots. When I find the down throw on the other side of the couch, I'm in heaven. (That's where I am when she took this picture of me.) If you guessed that Tyler soon came over and kicked me out of that spot, you're right!

Now I'm an old lady. My bones ache. All this moving around is difficult for me. The truth is that Tyler is asserting himself because he's jealous of the times I spend in Mom's lap. I can't help it if she loves me more than she loves him. I was here first. He may make me move from bed to bed, but he'll never be the top cat in my eyes. That's my job.

Now you understand why my life is complicated by the boy?
