Cookie: Mom, when you go back to hunting next week, will I still be able to sleep on your tummy for our naps.
Mom: No Cookie, our days are numbered. But we can nap on the weekends.
Cookie: Nooooooooooooo, I don't want you to leave me.
Mom: You could always snuggle up for a nap with a brother or sister cat?
Cookie: Hmph, I don't think so.

That's sad. You will have to get in some extra special napping time on the weekends.
Napping with/on/near Mommy is one of the greatest pleasures in life. Napping with/on/near my siblings, not so much...
Maybe when your mom has to go back hunting she could leave a nice t-shirt or something else that is soft and smells nice like her for you to snuggle with.

Speaking of...yes, Annie is still here. I don't mind her much ('cept when she swats me without cause or warning). The girls are having a harder time with her, especially Bianca. And before you break your paw slapping Mosaic Lady on the back in congrats for letting her go...let's see if she DOES ever go. Hrmph.
